The New Edinburgh News is looking for a volunteer bookkeeper.
Are you an organized, detail-oriented resident of the community with a few hours to spare every couple of months? Does the newspaper business pique your interest? We are looking for a volunteer bookkeeper to help with preparing invoices, producing cheques and monthly statements, and communicating with advertisers. Excellent community and customer service skills are an asset.
Ideally, the new bookkeeper would start in May 2017 to shadow the outgoing bookkeeper. The new bookkeeper would have the summer to get prepared for the October 2017 issue.
NEN published five times a year: October, December, February, April and June.
