New Edinburgh Fieldhouse Reservation System (“Skedda”) Help

To create a new user of the New Edinburgh Fieldhouse Reservation System (“Skedda”) and to make a reservation of the Fieldhouse:

1. Review the information about the New Edinburgh Park Fielhdouse available at: http://www.newedinburgh.ca/ccc/fieldhouse/

2. Review the information concerning the reservation of the Fieldhouse, available at: http://www.newedinburgh.ca/fieldhousereservations/

3. Check the availability of the Fieldhouse at: https://fieldhouse.skedda.com/booking

4. Click on an available block of time in the Fieldhouse schedule (available at: https://fieldhouse.skedda.com/booking).  The default 3 hour minimum reservation time can be stretched to include more time or dragged to cover an alternative block of availability.

5. Click on the green “Book” button at the top of the page, or double click on the block of time created in the schedule to represent the reservation you would like to make.

6. A window will appear titled: “Your new booking”.

7. Enter your email address in the window titled: “Your new booking”.

8. Click on the green “Check email” button within the window titled “Your new booking”.

9. Don’t check your email.  The window titled “Your new booking” will expand, revealing additional information that needs to be provided.

10. Enter the required information:

a. “Title”
b. “Notes”
c. “First name”
d. “Last name”
e. “Contact”
f. “Organization” (this entry is optional)
g. “Cardholder name” (this refers to your credit card or your bank card)
h. “Card number”
i. “MM/YY” (this refers to the month and year your card expires)
j. “CVC” (this is the Card Verification Code number found next to the signature on your card)

11. Check your email.  You will receive a message from Skedda Bookings (notifications@skedda.com).

12. Click on the blue “Confirm account and setup login” button in the message.

13. A window will appear titled: “Choose your new login”

14. Enter a password in the line titled “Your new password” (within the window titled “Choose your new login”)

15. Re-enter the same password in the line titled “Confirm new password” (within the window titled “Choose your new login”)

16. Read the information that appears in a new window after clicking on “venue terms”, “software terms” or “privacy policy”, then return to the window titled: “Choose your new login”

17. Click in the box next to the words “I have read and agree…” if you do agree to the “venue terms”, “software terms” and “privacy policy”, (within the window titled “Choose your new login”)

18. Click on the blue “Set password and log in” button (within the window titled “Choose your new login”)

19. You will be logged into the “New Edinburgh Fieldhouse” schedule.  The Fieldhouse schedule will appear.  Using the navigation bar at the top of the page, you can navigate to: “Bookings”, “My Profile” or “Log Out”.

20. Check your email.  You will receive a message from Skedda Bookings (notifications@skedda.com) confirming “Your booking”.
